Refunds & Returns

14-Day Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and ideally in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Email us at hello@saintmeli.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 days using the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need a few additional days to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@saintmeli.com.

Return Shipping Costs

All shipping costs including return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve agreed otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for custom-made, personalized items and products from category seconds.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been received.
